Greetings Philly Grubbers! I hope your summer is off to a great start so far. I took a break for a few weeks, but June has been such a HUGE month. With pandemic restrictions lifted, there have been many reopenings, openings, and, most excitingly, in-person events have made a comeback. While staffing issues continue to plague the industry, recovery is clearly in full swing. There's been such good news and an air of positivity with high hopes for a "nearly normal" summer, I barely even know where to start!
