Summer is in the air. And not only are the temperatures going to soar but so will the number of restaurant-goers. The majority of COVID-19 capacity restrictions will be lifted, including the mask mandate for vaccinated people, on Friday, June 11. People will be rushing out, thinking this is the long-awaited return to normal. Whether you think it’s too soon or not, the biggest issue in hospitality seems to be the labor shortage. If you do return to most of your regular activities, please be patient and kind. People are working hard out there - be respectful and leave a big tip!
